MASTERCLASSES & TASTINGS

General

  • You must notify us of any dietary problems or allergies etc

  • You must take all necessary precautions and show due diligence to avoid any foods that could cause an allergic reaction [carrying an epipen, medication etc]

  • The company is not responsible for any products consumed that causes a negative reaction

  • All participants must be double COVID vaccinated and carry a COVID vaccination certificate or passport

Cancellation Policy [ Measured from time of your event e.g. 11.00 on 14th August ]

  • Cancel 3 weeks or more before a scheduled event we will refund in full

  • Cancellation due to a COVID lockdown or positive test will receive full refund up to 3 full days in advance

  • Otherwise 75% up to 3 weeks before, 25% up to 10 days before and no refund with less than 5 days notice unless we sell your place.

  • If we need to cancel we will give you a full refund and try to reschedule the class.

  • If a bespoke event is cancelled an admin fee of $125 will be charged plus any venue or travel fees already incurred.
