The Ultimate day in the cheese calendar

"If food is your business or your passion and you want to stay one step ahead then this is one event you cannot miss "

The Workshops

These are short & snappy covering issues affecting retailers and the food industry.

"The Trade Day is a great opportunity to taste old favourites and introduce innovative developments to an enthusiastic trade audience from a range of sectors. Sales of Delamere goats’ cheese are growing at around 30% each year, due in part to the invaluable exposure such occasions give our cheese."

Liz Sutton, MD of Delamere Dairy

The Markets
inspirational, educational & exceptional featuring British food & drink some rarely found outside their region.

Britain’s Biggest Cheese Market

Once again the Festival can boast around 100 British and Irish cheesemakers represented in the market making this a unique opportunity to meet most of your suppliers in just one afternoon.

"Each year we look forward to finding new cheeses and new producers, as well as enhancing the very close relationships we have developed with our current cheesemakers over many years.  The event acts as a catalyst in developing our cheese selection for the coming year!"
