CAKES WITH A DIFFERENCE!

 

Whether for a wedding, birthday, anniversary or other special occasion, cheeses makes a fabulous alternative savoury "cake".

 

The bottom layer is a third of rich, deep Colston Bassett Stilton, topped with a whole Wild Garlic Yarg and finished with a whole Camembert au Normandie.

 

This particular "cake" was finished with vine leaves and fresh grapes and was eaten "al fresco" in France.
