BEST OF BRITISH

This market offers visitors a kaleidoscope of flavours to tempt and inspire. Some, like Pieminister’s pies, Burnt Sugar and their fabulous fudge plus 37 varieties of Scotch Eggs are old favourites.  Others like Fire Foods with their hot hot chilli chutneys, Hebridean Liqueurs and the very popular home delivery people "Riverford Organics" are new to the festival.

The emphasis of the market however as always is on providing a showcase for the best of Britain’s artisan food and drink producers and a good cross-section to inspire our visitors.
