TEMPTING EXHIBITORS FOR 2010

This year there is something fantastic to tickle everyone’s taste buds…..

For the meat lovers out there, the Welsh Venison Centre will be supplying delicious venison burgers and sandwiches on site and The Vale Hog Roast will be serving up free-range Glamorgan pigs on a spit, complete with crackling, stuffing and of course a great big dollop of Bramley apple sauce!

Pieminister will be back with their sumptuous, irresistible, handmade pies brimming with fresh British ingredients, from Wild Mushroom & Asparagus for all you vegetarians, to their PM pie for traditionalists, stuffed full of British beef steak, kidneys and herbs.

Those of you who just can’t get enough cheese, we have Trethowan’s Dairy mouth-watering toasties, made with Gorwydd Caerphilly, Swiss Onion Salad and freshly baked Shepherd’s Loaf from Hobb’s House.  Yum!

Plus for a far away flavour we have Poffertjes, sweet miniature Dutch pancakes and for something spicy and exotic try something from a Taste of Persia.
