Justin Tunstall decided to give up a successful career in publishing and return to his home town of Lyme Regis and set up a deli. In November 2008 he found the perfect site in the old Town Mill and despite its size, barely big enough to swing a cat, he has stocked it floor to high ceiling with local products and especially local cheese. Within a month of opening in July 2009 he was selling more than triple the amount of cheese he had expected. |
