    Terms & Conditions

    All events take place at Cardiff Castle within the Festival site including the Masterclasses and Cheesemaking Demonstrations. Some are quite small and all are very popular so to avoid disappointment book in advance.

    The Voucher
    Entitles the purchaser to £3.50 off one of the following - subject to availability:

    School for Big Cheeses
    Hall of Champions
    Cheesemaking Demo
    The Vineyard     

    • Only one voucher can be used per person per booking
    • Children’s vouchers can only be used for appropriate events
    • Vouchers cannot be refunded as they carry no actual value 


    If you have already purchased a ticket remember to enclose your voucher if you wish to book a Masterclasses by post in advance.

    Restrictions
    Most events are suitable for all ages however the following restrictions apply:


    Masterclasses involving alcohol therefore strictly over 18s only [Childrens vouchers are not valid for these sessions.] 
    Specifically designed for children. Accompanying adult must also purchase a ticket.

     

    Children under 12 must be
    accompanied by an adult at all times.

    On the Day
    • Festival Tickets can be bought from the Festival Entrance 


    • Masterclasses including Hall of Champs, Cheese Demo or Vineyard Tickets are purchased from the School Ticket Office inside the Festival site


    • Tickets to be collected: will be held at the Festival Entrance.

    We regret proof of payment cannot be used to replace lost tickets.
