Details of all the Cheesemakers who enter the awards are sent out to the trade and media to raise awareness of locally made cheeses and
the extraordinary diversity of our cheese industry.
Entry is open to all cheesemakers from Britain and Ireland so if you have not received your entry forms please FAX or CALL us NOW.
Fonseca Port in conjunction with BCA challenges Britain’s restaurants to produce the Best British Cheeseboard with wines and Ports to match.
The prize includes 2 return flights from Heathrow, a memorable trip up the Douro Valley to Fonseca's flagship vineyards plus time to enjoy the local cuisine and explore Oporto. Entry forms are available from Fonseca Port@ Spear Communication on Telephone No. 0207 409 0494.
The winner of this prestigious Award, sponsored by Dairy Crest, receives £250 plus a luxurious VIP trip for 2 to a cheesemaker in Britain.

possible] to the BCA as soon as possible.

For the first time we have a market featuring non-cheese products, most of which are made by members of a regional food group. Made up of 5 units of 15m * 4.5m laid out in a square we have only 25 stands of 3m * 3m and already 25% of the space is reserved.

Tickets are limited to 4 per company and (incl.VAT) £60 per person or £45 per person for those paying to exhibit in the market. Additional
tickets are £75 per person. To avoid duplicate bookings, tickets will not be issued without the name of the person attending and the
company they work for.
We have reserved 150 rooms at Heythrop Park Golf & Country Club, the venue for the Awards Dinner only 10 minutes drive from Blenheim with a
9 hole golf course and swimming pool.
